All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Littlebird Weddings and any use or reproduction without prior consent is strictly forbidden. Any information given during the course of enquiring and ordering may be used to assist with my administration process and for future marketing. Littlebird Weddings will not share any information supplied by clients with a third party. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Images displayed online may vary slightly from the colours on the product, due to differences in screen colour and print colour. I therefore advise you to purchase a printed sample before ordering to check you are completely happy with the colours. The sample is not refunded when an order is placed as the cost covers the original printing. All illustrations used online are an approximation and therefore are not binding. They are intended to represent the size, colour and type of goods described. Because of printing methods, stationery produced in two print runs may not match exactly. If orders are placed in stages I cannot guarantee continuity of design and discontinued materials. Prior to printing the client will need to confirm that the digital proofs are correct and they are happy for me to send to print. This must be confirmed in writing either in a letter or by email. Littlebird Weddings therefore will not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions not found by the client at the proofing stage. Any amendments required after the stationery has gone to print will result in an additional charge. As the wedding stationery is personalised I’m unable to provide refunds for unwanted stationery nor can I accept cancellations once printing has commenced. If a stationery order is cancelled before printing but after proofs have been compiled a 50% refund is possible. Once the stationery has gone to print a refund will not be possible. In the unlikely event of any errors happening on the part of Littlebird Weddings these will be rectified with no extra charge. Please contact me within seven days of receipt of goods in order that action can be taken. I may require that any stationery is returned with a written explanation of any faults or damage (postage to be reimbursed if the fault lies with Littlebird Weddings). Stationery will be replaced or rectified as necessary as quickly as reasonably possible. In the event that rectification is not possible, the liability of Littlebird Weddings shall be limited to the value of the order. Your stationery will not be printed until full payment is received and cleared through paypal or the banking system. I aim to complete all orders within 3 weeks on receipt of full payment and signed off proof. If you require your stationery quickly or by a specific date please let me know and I can confirm whether I think it’s possible to meet your deadline. Orders outside of the UK may be subject to import tax if they are outside of the duty free amount. The responsibility is with the buyer to pay the tax so please consider this when placing your order. Every country charges their own fees at the point of entry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders. Quotes are valid for 60 days from the date they were created. I reserve the right to use any stationery created to promote products and services. I reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
